Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
